The Most Beautiful Thing That You Can Say To A Friend

Posted by Jay Chua

What would you do if every time you fell in love with someone you had to say good-bye?

(scroll down!)

What would you do if every time you wanted someone they would never be there?

(scroll down!)

What would you do if for every moment you were truly happy there would be 10 moments of sadness?

(scroll down!)

What would you do if your best friend died tomorrow and you never got to tell them how you felt?

(scroll down!)

What would you do if you loved someone more than anything else and you could never have them?

(scroll down!)

Some people live and some people die.

(scroll down!)

But I want to tell you I love you and you are a true friend...

(scroll down!)

That I will always be here for you when and if you need me...

(scroll down!)

If I died tomorrow, you would be in my heart forever.

(scroll down!)

Would I be in yours? If you care about the person who sent this to you then you will send it back.

(scroll down!)

Please send this to all your friends...

(scroll down!)

You might be best friends one year, pretty good friends the next year, don't talk that often the next year, and don't want to talk at all the year after that.

(scroll down!)

So, I just wanted to say, even if I never talk to you again in my life, you are special to me and you have made a difference in my life.

(scroll down!)

I look up to you, respect you, and truly cherish you.

(scroll down!)

Send this to all your friends, no matter how often you talk, or how close you are, and send it to the person who sent it to you.

(scroll down!)

Let old friends know you haven't forgotten them, and tell new friends you never will.

(scroll down!)

Remember, everyone needs a friend, someday you might feel like you have NO FRIENDS at all, just remember this e-mail and take comfort in knowing somebody out there cares about you and always will.

I LOVE MY FRIENDS ALWAYS & FOREVER! ! !

The Hype About Joker and Last Day Of Duty on the 22nd of July... *sob*sob*

Posted by Jay Chua

Well, as you all know, The Dark Knight had broke box office records and it is all because of JOKER or Heath Ledger... Yes, and you want to know why? Everyone has the JOKER influenza now... -_-''''''''' When you open your mouth and say something, they will answer back, "Why so serious? Let's put a smile on your face." Really get annoyed la...... No need so into the show one ma... Use once or twice enough la... Use those quotes in each and every situation that you can reallty shows how annoying and crazy you are. Did you all heard the news about Christian Bale? He assulted his mother a few days ago and he was charged. I was having a conversation with a friend whom had watched the show. There were a few of my other friends listening too. Here is the conversation:

Me: Chee Fong, do you know about the Batman actor kena charged to court ar?
CF: Huh? I dunno la, really ar?
Me: Ya la. Maybe he is too into the show la.
CF: Yeah. Maybe he thought his mother was JOKER and then when he said something to her then she said "Why So Serious?" And he whacked her up.

(Group laughs hysterically) xD *Good one Chee Fong*

As for the last day of duty, I had mixed feelings... Feel happy and sad at the same time. Happy because I am retiring from the post soon and sad because I was not ready to let go yet.... So sad. But anyway, we turned the library upside-down and we really had a lot of fun. :D Let's take a look at some photos.

Me and my LOVELY EXCO

Take Two Group Photo 1

Group Photo 2

OMG..... Look at who kena grab on the leg... xD
Take 4

Looking and pointing at what?

Anyway, these will be sweet memories in my heart. Will never forget the mark that I left in this board. Retire doesn't mean seperate so do keep in touch ya? ^^ All the best to everyone in everything and thanks to the people that really help me in times of trouble and despair. Really appreciate it. As we go on, we remember all the times we, get together, as our lives change, come whatever, we will still be friends forever. :D

International Night and The Dark Knight

Posted by Jay Chua

Yesterday was the International Night in my church. It is the first time ever for us to have an event like this. It was an unforgettable experience. People from all over the world come to perform and praising GOD. People from Nepal, Myanmar, Indonesia and the Borneo tribes. The performances from the Myanmar kids when they sing Shine Jesus Shine in their language really touches me. Here are some of the photos: Sorry for the bad quality pictures........The Nun-Bawang Tribe

They are only small Myanmar kids you know?Look at the JOY in them, so touching

An adult band from Myanmar

All together. So united. A taste of worshipping in Heaven with all sorts of people =)

As for The Dark Knight, I watched it just now. It was really superb you know? Too bad Heath Ledger is already dead. Who will be the next successor? Johnny Depp? Lol.

Here are some of the famous quotes in the movie:

"Wanna Know how I get these scars?"- Joker

"Why so serious?" -Joker

"Let's put a smile to that face"- Joker

"This place deserves a better class of criminal"-Joker

"You and I can do this forever"-Joker

"I know what I have to become to stop a man like him"- Batman

"Fair is when you put it in luck"- Two Face

"Heads you live, Tails you die"- Two Face

Its a reccomended MUST watch. The suspense really kills you.... =)

That's all for now. Tata.

I was FORCED to miss school today....

Today, of all days, I have to get stuck in a jam because of the stupid police blocking the road to the Parliament.... My parents and I were all so pissed off. Imagine you get stuck in a jam four 2 hours plus.... We were on our way to MBS at 6.50 a.m. and then the traffic suddenly came to a halt and loads of police SUVs were rushing here and there.... Then the whole Federal Highway became a massive parking lot. Take a look at this:

Can you imagine the rage in all these people?

Some drivers pissed off... xD
Anyway, I don't know why the Parliament has became a war zone....
Well, all of you can't wait for this no? The massive legends.

Heath Ledger starring as The Joker is shown in a scene with Christian Bale, starring as Batman, in ‘The Dark Knight’. — AP pic
LOS ANGELES, July 12 — It's difficult to separate the movie from its mystique.
Even under ordinary circumstances, "The Dark Knight" would have been one of the most hotly awaited movies of the summer blockbuster season. The loss of Heath Ledger to an accidental prescription-drug overdose in January has amplified the buzz around the film — and his crazed performance as the Joker — to extraordinary levels.
Nothing could possibly satisfy that kind of expectation. "The Dark Knight" comes pretty close.
Christopher Nolan's film is indeed an epic that will leave you staggering from the theatre, stunned by its scope and complexity.
It's also, thankfully, a vast improvement over his self-serious origin story, 2005's "Batman Begins."
As director and co-writer with his brother Jonathan (David S. Goyer shares a story credit), Nolan has found a way to mix in some fun with his philosophising. Ambitious, explosive set pieces share screen time with meaty debates about good vs evil and the nature of — and need for — a hero.

Batman (Christian Bale) has been that guy. Now, he's not so sure he should be anymore. He's protected Gotham fiercely (and with some fierce toys), but the new district attorney, Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), seems to be putting a dent in organised crime with help from Lt Gordon (Gary Oldman). Perhaps Batman should return to his "normal" life as billionaire Bruce Wayne and leave the clean-up work to the professionals. Maybe he can even rekindle his romance with old flame Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal, taking over more than capably for Katie Holmes, although she doesn't get much to do, either).
And so "The Dark Knight" presents an existential crisis — what comic-book hero doesn't suffer these? — but does so in a totally different way from its predecessor. Whereas "Batman Begins" felt too solemn and introspective, this instalment might actually be too fast. Like the Caped Crusader himself, speeding through the streets of Gotham City on his tricked-out Bat-Pod motorcycle, Nolan moves breathlessly from one scene to the next.
Trouble is, he's got such great vision and is so adept at creating a compelling mood, it makes you wish he'd held some moments for a beat or two longer, just to savour them — and to let us do the same. A couple of scenes in Bruce's stark, crisply lit Bat-bunker come to mind, as does Batman's nighttime flight over a glittering Hong Kong. (Wally Pfister, a longtime Nolan collaborator who also shot "Batman Begins" and "Memento," returns as cinematographer. Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard once again teamed up to compose the huge, sweeping score.)
Nolan was wise enough, however, to give Ledger plenty of room to shine — albeit in the actor's indelibly perverse, twisted way. There's nothing cartoony about his Joker. Ledger wrested the role from previous performers Cesar Romero and Jack Nicholson and reinvented it completely.
Yes, he's funny, wringing laughs from both clever one-liners and maniacally grand schemes. He can be playful, finding unexpected avenues into the character: "You complete me," he purrs to Batman, mockingly borrowing Tom Cruise's classic line from "Jerry Maguire" and dashing all possibilities for the Caped One's imminent retirement.
But because there's no logic behind his mayhem, he's also truly terrifying. The terror he inflicts on Gotham is meticulously planned (the opening bank heist, shot with IMAX cameras, is a marvel of timing) and yet his sole inspiration is to create chaos, then watch the city squirm and burn.
That his attacks grow larger each time, regardless of the collateral damage, makes him so genuinely disturbing. Ledger seems to have understood that, and brings an appropriate — and riveting — unpredictability to the role. It's also a neat touch that his makeup, which looked like a slapdash effort from the start, steadily deteriorates, streaking, cracking and peeling away as the film progresses; it's an outward manifestation of his psychological spiral.
Back to Batman, though — because theoretically, it is his movie, right?
Bale seems more assured than ever, now that he has more facets of Batman/Bruce's personality to reveal than he did in the last film. He's consistently proven he's capable of going to dark, scary places for his characters (see: "American Psycho," "Rescue Dawn") and this is no exception.
Also returning are Michael Caine as Bruce's butler Alfred, and Morgan Freeman as gadget guru Lucius Fox. Both veterans help anchor the movie with a wisdom and calmness that's crucial when everything (and everyone) is in a state of turmoil. As for Oldman, he disappears into the role of Lt Gordon and makes it look so effortless, he makes you forget he's acting.
Eckhart, the snarky star of "Thank You for Smoking," may seem an unusual choice to play a law-and-order kind of guy. Here, he's subtle enough to keep us guessing until nearly the end as to where his morals and allegiances truly lie (though eventually he will become the villainous Two-Face, as we know).
But the key showdown, of course, is between Batman and the Joker. Theirs is a relationship that's strangely symbiotic — you could even call it co-dependent. Or as the Joker puts it, "You and I could do this forever."

Be Who You Are

Posted by Jay Chua

It is funny to sit back and think back about our past,
Couldn't imagine how time could fly so fast,
Looking at the people that you can trust,
And letting grudges turn into rust,
Although some souls have caused you to be hurt deeply inside,
It is just some obstacles and trials from GOD to make us tougher,
That is why some of us get stronger and minute things will not make us stumble,
As we stand our ground and know that the key of surviving the problems of the world,
So that we will not be turned into a rubble in the end.

Remember that person in the mirror?
Remember what you have used to be?
If you used to be someone then you are someone,
All this years in your life, have you never felt an emptiness deep inside?
How did you get through it?
Ask yourself......
How did you get so strong?
Who picked you up when you are down?
Who is watching after you all the time and even know the exact number of hair on your body?
Who are the true friends of yours?
Need me to ask more?

Well I think you get the picture,
Of the exact times you have been discouraged and have rised up to be who you are now,
Be yourself, do not pretend to be someone else,
Stop being lame or crippled because that is reality,
Can't face reality? Step out from your comfort zone,
Stand up if you are broken,
This is not Judgement Day,
Remember, there is only one and only you...
So, just be who you are. =)

Emo after open day I guess.... Well, I want to share a Bible verse too from Psalms 55

1 Listen to my prayer, O God,
do not ignore my plea;

2 hear me and answer me.
My thoughts trouble me and I am distraught

3 at the voice of the enemy,
at the stares of the wicked;
for they bring down suffering upon me
and revile me in their anger.

4 My heart is in anguish within me;
the terrors of death assail me.

5 Fear and trembling have beset me;
horror has overwhelmed me.

6 I said, "Oh, that I had the wings of a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest-

7 I would flee far away
and stay in the desert;
Selah

8 I would hurry to my place of shelter,
far from the tempest and storm."

9 Confuse the wicked, O Lord, confound their speech,
for I see violence and strife in the city.

10 Day and night they prowl about on its walls;
malice and abuse are within it.

11 Destructive forces are at work in the city;
threats and lies never leave its streets.

12 If an enemy were insulting me,
I could endure it;
if a foe were raising himself against me,
I could hide from him.

13 But it is you, a man like myself,
my companion, my close friend,

14 with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship
as we walked with the throng at the house of God.

15 Let death take my enemies by surprise;
let them go down alive to the grave, [b]
for evil finds lodging among them.

16 But I call to God,
and the LORD saves me.

17 Evening, morning and noon
I cry out in distress,
and he hears my voice.

18 He ransoms me unharmed
from the battle waged against me,
even though many oppose me.

19 God, who is enthroned forever,
will hear them and afflict them—
Selah
men who never change their ways
and have no fear of God.

20 My companion attacks his friends;
he violates his covenant.

21 His speech is smooth as butter,
yet war is in his heart;
his words are more soothing than oil,
yet they are drawn swords.

22 Cast your cares on the LORD
and he will sustain you;
he will never let the righteous fall.

23 But you, O God, will bring down the wicked
into the pit of corruption;
bloodthirsty and deceitful men
will not live out half their days.
But as for me, I trust in you.

There, I fell much more better... Must work harder already.... 43 more days to trials... Don't play play my friends. Well, nothing much happened this week except for Open Day and mastering Shoulder Freeze.... =) That's all for now. Take care and GOD bless you all.

What You Gonna Do?

Posted by Jay Chua

What you gonna do? When you are torn up inside?
You often have this in your head, "Go fly kites",
Well you get what I mean,
Its been a while when things seems to be,
Normal, just normal, nothing special,
You feel lonely, so lonely, with nobody,
So tell me, where is the love, where is the care, where is compassion?

What you gonna do? That's the question,
What you gonna say if fear grips you inside,
Just hold on cause it seems to be,
A better tomorrow, for yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift,
And most of all, learn to forgive,
Learn to forget, and end all the bitterness inside,
Kill all the loneliness, remember that GOD is always there,
No matter what happens, He will not leave you or forsake you.

So what you gonna do now is pray,
And the next thing you know that,
All your bitterness, burdens and loneliness will go away,
Don't give up, hold on until tomorrow, for that is the way of the world,
Be yourself and don't be sad and when you fell the world is pressing down on your head,
Just remember you are not alone,
Be joyful and be contented with what you have.

=) It comes spontaneously... Have no idea why. Lol. Anyway, school is boring and this Friday is Open Day....... Mati lo.... Friday need to pass up Add Maths Project also... Luckily I finished already. Hehe. Practicing shoulder freeze now. That's all for the mean time. Have a good night. :P

Accomplishment and "Burdens"

What I accomplished this week: Executing the Chair Freeze. Thanks to Tristan for the guidance. Here is the picture:

From baby to chair. Cool huh?

Well, today was the Annual General Meeting for Christian Fellowship. I retired as a Treasurer and my successor was Andrew Wong. Its not really a burden left off but sometimes, you will feel like letting go of a certain something so that you won't feel that stressed up. Besides, many of us are doing it for GOD. I hope the librarian AGM and Tennis Club AGM will be held soon. I really want to concentrate on my studies.... Results are not satisfying enough. So, I wish all of you the best in whatever you do. That's all, I'm off to do my homework now. Tata. =)

Happy Father's Day!!!

Posted by Jay Chua

Here is a little something for my dad:

Hmm, what do I have to say about my Pa, dad, father,
Let's see, sometimes he treats me like a brother,
Sometimes he will talk like my mother,
Well I guess without him, I won't be here,
Writing about him on Father's Day,
His favourite nap spot is on the sofa that he lay,
And he will make it clear when he has something to say,
Because he is a really a GOD seeker and his English skills are extraordinary,
A lot of his peers looks to him as a man of wisdom,
I remember that he told me once that he wanted to be a bachelor so that he could taste freedom,
But he was wrong and he fell in love with my lovely mother,
He is my one and only father and I also thank the FATHER above for putting this wonderful family together,
Last but not least, Happy Father's Day!!!

To dad, Happy Father's Day! You ROCK!!! So, people, spend time with your dad and appreciate him. Just tell him that you love him.

That's all. =) Anyone watched the green monster already? xD

We Had School Today So....

Posted by Jay Chua

We had school today for a replacement for a Friday due to Hari Raya.... Well, guess what, the teachers have no mood and of course the same goes to the students. Most of us were sleeping during class when school starts. Following the new timetable, Friday's one is the most relaxing one. We consider school is over after recess. That is because our lovely BM teacher doesn't seem to care if we are noisy or what. The last period is free because there would be Chinese Class for the other boys and they had to move to their respective classes. Well, we start riot during that period because there was no teacher.... Hehehe... LOOK at the pictures below: Its kinda nice though. I am still a noob in freezing la... The sifu aka Wilson Cheah is the best. LOL.

Posted by Jay Chua

Finally, after weeks of waiting, the class jersey had arrived! Many of us waited in anticipation and it was not a let down I tell you. Here, take a look at the tag first... LOL

Yeah! Adidas performance man...

Somewhere around the middle of the jersey =)

HAHA... Here is the real deal of RM 50

Front

Back. Cool huh? The number 12 is significant to me

The number 12 is the number that represents the month that I am borned in, that is December, the 12th month. 12 also represents authority and it is also a very significant in Christianity. =)

Anyway, a job well done to the people that helped make the jersey. It is really nice and worth it.

Down

Posted by Jay Chua

What do you do when you are feeling down?
All you can do is sigh around with a frown,
And hoping that someone could come and comfort you to turn the frown upside down,
Listening to all the emotional songs,
And just let bygones be gone,
Pretending that nothing ever happened,
But deep down inside your heart is filled with holes that were caused by other lives,
The truth really hurts at times but it do fills the missing gaps in our lives,
It is almost like putting your hand into a bee hive,
Or trying to free yourself by taking a dive into a bed of thorns,
Yes, conflicts do happen in our lives but if we are not strong enough, we will be tumbled down and torn.
Just hang in there before the rise of a new dawn
And just be happy that you are borned... =)

The message I'm trying to present is that there are always truths about each and everyone of us but wether the truth hurts or not, it always depends. The truth about people is not always pleasant to find and if you are hidden from an event and you still want to find the truth and you finally found it, you will feel that a hole in your life have been filled. There is no need to search anymore. =)

This came spontaneously... xD That's all for now, I hate my results. Will work really hard to change it in the upcoming trial exams... Wish you all the best. Good night people. =)

Not Your Average Super Hero

Posted by Jay Chua

Well, I would like to put some sense of reality into the Marvel hero, The Incredible Hulk. Do you realise that the Hulk's pants never seems to rip off when Bruce Banner gets angry and turn into the Hulk? Is that pants expandable to extreme measures? When Hulk turns back to Bruce, why did the pants shrink again??? Well its seems weird right? What is it? A super elastic shape shifter pants? Ahaha, that is just one funny reality we miss out on the Hulk. There is a lot more indeed...

They say that Bruce Banner went into extreme measures of gamma radiation and he survived it, with the gamma rays fully modified his genes. He could only be the Hulk when he is angry? How "cool" can that be? Well, there don't seem to be any side effects on Bruce? No gene abnormality? NO damages done to the body or genes? He just turns all green and WRAGH!!! HULK SMASH!!! YOU DON'T LIKE ME WHEN I'M ANGRY.... Lame....Its pure greenery lover fantasy... xD

ARGH!!! I'M READY TO SMASH THINGS UP!!!

Another stark reality in this "hero" story is that the military really have so much free time to just hunt for a green monster? Some guy who got injected with gamma cells since he is a boy? Why did he not turn into the Hulk when he was a boy? I'm sure the gamma cells had started to react. .. Hulk is a big destroyer.. NOT a hero. Nobody sues Bruce Banner for property destruction? Oh well, the US army hunts him down just because the gamma product belonged to the military and Bruce's body belongs to them as well??? Oh come on... How can Hulk even be called a hero?
(PS:Hulk is just a green pissed off guy smashing things up with his favourite quote "HULK SMASH!!!")

The whole story makes no sense in reality. Hulk is indeed not my average super hero...

There you go nuffnang. =)
